Changing rear shocks on an 85 300Dt! Help!

This will be my first task when I get my MB next week, and I was wanting to know how difficult this was, and what parts, tools, etc I would need (or if I should even attempt it myself!), as I have never changed shocks before. It doesn't LOOK difficult, because I have done a lot of my own auto work before, just never rear shocks and never on a MB. I'd really appreciate any help!!!!

That is one of the more rewarding jobs you can undertake.

It requires that you remove the rear seat. No telling how much lost change you will find!!!
