Well, what about this?

The guy is wailing about the crappy car he bought sight unseen, then relists it with sob story, lists it with 115,000 miles and the speedo shows 415,000 plus miles. Why can't people do things right?

Jim:
There is some glare on the picture, but it's 115,000 miles on the odometer to me. Did others see differently?

115 or 415 k miles? Almost a 20 year old car? Either way I would approach buying a car for sale like this with very skeptical eyes and definitely a thorough in-person inspection.

A car purchased off Ebay? - never, not any more.

With the renewed interest in diesels ( our daily instant snapshot of viewers is up 100% since last year, by my gut estimate) there are a lot of predators out there looking to take advantage of the uninformed diesel buyers.

I did read it wrong!

There is a bright (white) line of reflection accross the speedo, making it look like 415086. But I think it is 115086. Sorry!

I am sure this ebay buyer SURE got the redass when he got the ebay negative feedback after BUYing a bad car

The seller is in Houston.
Jim, Redass is also a term we have at Texas A&M, (I'm sure you've heard of aggies!!)
Red-ass - A term for an Aggie that goes out of their way to show their Aggie spirit.

I think the thred starter is just a plain fool,no disrespect, car does not look bad at all, just way to expensive, then he bids on another car on ebay(probabbly for the body...) and does not pay for it(see his last feedback),just somebody perfect for a 3-4 year old Toyota Camry,no rust,no repairs needed,no surprises.Half of the cars on this forum have a non functional(or reliable) AC and sunroof...
