Those hood scoops look strikingly like these - https://www.jcwhitney.com/details/Wade_Auto/Hood_Scoop/WAD7213001.html?TID=gglpla&origin=pla&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI6be84ri_4AIVCySGCh0VHAF-EAQYASABEgLzy_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Sold individually? What do you do with one?

I’ve never seen seats like that in a w123. Is that normal? Also why is the 300d trunk badge all the way on the right side ??

The 300D badge is not supposed to be there. Between that, the ridiculously big tires, and the (what look to be) W124 seats, I'd be wary of buying this. Seems like a pig with lipstick.

There was a W116 gasser I believe a S280 that was previously used by the Belgian Consulate as I recall.
It was a deep green almost British Racing Green, a gorgeous car with flag posts on the front fenders. It reeked Factory Special!

It was dropped off at a shop I worked at part time on a Friday afternoon. It was a 9.5 on a scale of ten and the owner was grooming it for a sale and I suppose I could have taken out a second mortgage and bought it if I had asked all the right questions!
I never learned who bought it but it belonged in a museum!
Be sure and insure your car appropriately!

Looks like sixto pegged it!!
silly hood scoops!
would look a lot better off without them

BTW I believe the seller would take a lot less to get rid of it.
I have a relative in Texas but he is not a Benz lover but could be convinced to go check it out.
Still, I can't help but wonder if the engine is good?

Hmmmm!
I don't know if the trunk legend is not OE but a closer look at the switch panel above the climate control panel seems like too few switches for an 85 123 car!
If it smells like a rat its gotta be a rat!

Hm ;

Front seats replaced, steering wheel replaced, console wood all broken not sure why you think this is a low miler.....

Looks like most 350,000 + milers in Los Angeles .

Had no idea W202 seats could bolt into a W123.

Probably involved drilling the floor and reshaping brackets. I wonder how they dealt with electric seat control switches.
