83 300 turbo on used straight veggy oil.

Two tank heated system.

Runs clean but has slightly less power on oil.

The new pollak six port solenoid valve is failing when hot and allowing fuel to be drawn from two tanks while on veg oil.

I guess i need to buy the motorized selector valve.

Other than that it was a free 500+ miles through the New Hampshire mountains.

The power to the valves is on for one valve position and off for another right? Couldn't you swap hoses so the valve is on the vegetable oil when it is not getting power? That way it won't get hot and draw power while you're on VO, which is the majority of the time the car is on, right?
