Help on adjusting Modulator on trans

Have a 78 300D, someone told me can adjust the modulator.
The old W116 80 300SD I can adjust , has the plastic cap also a vac line attach to it.
But these ones I don't know where to find her.

My '78 300D did not have a vacuum modulator.
