Yeah by all means. All you need is a fat screwdriver to compress the pistons and a pin punch to get the retaining pins out.

OK, so I'm convinced....I'll do the brakes....but then I looked at some on-line MB parts stores (i.e. Benzbin.com, etc...). There are so many brands of brakes with a fair amount of difference in price....how should I choose the brand? Any recommendations?

Plus, some come with shims. Do I need those?
