hello
i have a300sdl that has been with me for 16 years. it has 317 thousand kilometers and body and interioir are like new
about three years ago i had no power at all to go up hills. took it to dealer ship and asked them to check timing chain, sense the miles told me it should be due. well they said it was ok but replaced all the injectors ans a new set of glow plugs while they were at it. im fine with all that, im sure it needed it. well had no poer on way home, still the same , took it back.
again they told me timing chain ok. anyway took some where else had chain done, wow just like a new car. they told me it was ready to fall off. now the problem.
all of a sudden , it will have no power blow black and miss. a couple of days later it runs fine again. scred to trust it now. anyone have anything like this happen to them . thankyou a head of time
