Cruise Control W115..Questions
I have the cruise control "brain" from my W115 parts car. I put it in my daily drive, and when the lever is pushed to accel set, it just keeps climbing. It doesn't want to hold speed at any point. Now I would think if "the brain"(metal box under steering column) was fried, nothing would work. Should I look to the actuator? I am so close, yet so far away!

Actually, no. If the actuator was faulty, you probably wouldn't get any acceleration out of it. So you need to look at the electronic box, or the speed sensor.
