mine has 2 distinct buzzes, one is when any door is opened it buzzes. The other is a seatbelt buzz. However this may be due to the interesting federalizing that went on in my car.

mine is usually a consistent buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Sometimes though it fluctautes in tone, and this morning it buzzed in perfect intervals.. almost like a chime. I liked it!! buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz buzz. I listened to it for a while and dreamed of what a different chime would sound like. LOL

well, i think i found the problem, it seems as though the previouse owner has cut the wire under the seat and thrown away the "buzzer".... this is sad seeing as i wanted to restore it to brand new.. ohhh well i guess i can liv without it

The wire under the seat goes to the seatbelt latch. If you cur the wire (or unplug it) it just defeats the seatbelt buzzer. The same buzzer box also controls the buzzer for leaving the lights on, and controls the time delay on the interior light when you open/close the driver's door. Does the interior light come on when you open the drivers door?

Yes the lights come on and i can use the electric windows without the key being in, there is a switch when the drivers door opens, the switch pops out alowwing this to happen

That's interesting, it seems that someone performed a few "modifications" to your electrical system. You may want to find a wiring diagram and start straightening some of this stuff out.
