Marking It's Spot in my driveway

Hi,
I know my oil leak is just my car marking it's spot, but the spot
is pretty big now and looks terrible in my driveway.
Anyone got ideas on how to clean up the spot?
Thanks

i have a large cardboard box i lay down .. or you can buy a large sheetmetal pan they have at autozone.. but engine degreaser and a pressure washer work very well.. or resurfacing the driveway

Get the grease/oil removed with any one of products that are sold in stores. You will basically be left with a stain in the concrete. Purchase a bag of concrete (not mix with sand). Wet the area around the stain, sprinkle the concrete on the area like you would powder a donut. Work with the grain of the existing slab with a broom. When dry you can do a final sweep off. If your driveway is sectioned, consider doing the entire section.

Oil absorbent will get a lot of the oil out if you really grind the absorbent into the concrete. Sprinkle it on, then grind it in with your shoe.

That's effective on smooth concrete, but course concrete with brush finish your still going to have a stain - strong power washing just starts to chip away the concrete.

there is also the kitty litter idea.. my neighbors were a military family and lived on base. no oil spots allowed. so what they would do when there car dripped oil ( it was a yugo, they had a euro 240D too) they would put kitty litter on it and grind it into the cement, worked well since they never had a problem with the driveway inspection team

I have an amazing product that I use

it is CONDENSER coil cleaner. now beware, this stuff will DESTROY paint, and aluminum! *(it does a great job in low concentrations on alloy wheels that are badly stained!) it is the stuff in the pink bottle available at most HVAC supply houses. some will require a liscense for you to buy from them, but not all.
on driveway, pour it or spray it, directly undiluted on the stain, and be ready with the hose to rinse off. this is AFTER you have kittylitter/oil-dry scrubbed and cleaned the excess off. then let this stuff soak in and you will have a WHITE spot on the concrete, the white will fade to grey in a few months.
