You may need to call or e-mail the source for the definition. If you order your cylinder here at the forum it comes with a key - BUT it will be cut different than your door/trunk keys. If you want a matching cylinder take proof of ownership to dealer and they will get you one.

Just got a dealer to give me a price on a switch cylinder keyed with my original key and a clutch pad.
The stealership reply: "We do not have the parts you requested in stock. The price for the pad is $15.30 plus tax, and the price for the cylinder is $134.40 plus tax." The online price for the keyed lock cylinder runs $54.88 and the clutch pad around $5.00. The lock runs more, from $141 to $169 , plus shipping. You may find that you also need the lock assembly. It is the part the cylinder goes into that actualy locks into the steering. |

I got a lock cylinder from the dealer with a key for $66.50. If this is for your SD, I know it would cost a little more. For the TD I would expect it to be under $100, but my only experience is with the one I got for my car.
'Key undefined' probably means a random key that won't open your doors.
