OT: Anyone got access to book scanner

Does anyone have access to a book scanner? I have a book I want to scan. This book is real SPENDY (nearly 300 dollars) so I would rather keep it clean and work of coppies of scanned pages. Pages will be used in my shop while Im building my Mercedes Unimog Expedition camper.

Thanx in advance!

Just trying to keep it clean??? right...

I was under the impression that all shop manuals Need a bit of grease and grime to function properly.
for the page scanner, ebay should have one pretty cheap. if not, most digital cameras work great to "scan" pages.

It's NOT a shop manual but a guide on building/using expedition vehicles. Since it is at a value near 300 buks..... when Im done with it I want to resell it and use the $$$ to help me to be able to afford going on an expedition!!! Thus..... I need to keep it clean.

I'll try my camera.
