I'll be replacing the old engine mounts on my '83 300D.

Are there specific brands to avoid or use?

Currently I do not see any engine mount shields installed. Are these advised?

If not most rubber mounts will do.

I bought mines thru www.hopefungautoparts.ca about 30 beans each.
Could be from Bilstein. Threw away the box now, the receipt didnt say who made them.
