The sunroof, is the motor not running at all?
There is a screw receptacle in the trunk near the left hinge.
If u turn it then the sr should open.

Check the fan motor see if OK too. Under right dash. Undo the panel to see.

check the edges of the sunroof. clean and lube as necessary. if that doesnt work, the cables can be adjusted, i believe, but i dont know how to do that. cable problems are fairly common but i suspect cleaning will fix most of them. i believe motor failure must be rare. there are some transfer gears too which could fail.

u can access the blower motor for the AC outside the car, not under the dash...
you have to remove the wiper assembly...
remove the rubber strip...
pry-off the two plastic strips that are on either side of the monowiper, they're the ones at the bottom of the windshield, they're held in place by friction clips(don't know what these are called)...
removing those will reveal screws, remove those to remove the 2 side gutters, then remove the center one...
remove the 2 big plastic screws on the firewall to release that big plastic grill thingy...
you will see the wiper assembly, remove the 3 nuts, disconnect the connector... remove assembly...
you will then see the airbox, gently dislodge the clips, rmove the box and voila... blower motor... simple huh?
when you get used to it it'll take short of 10minutes .
