Kangarooing when accelerating at 30MPH?

Hi, for the past 2 years this car a 1984 250 diesel W124 mercedes goes into a gentle kangaroo jerking when i reach around 30 MPH. It is not due to bad driving I replaced the diff bush and engine mounts and it has improved but not entirely gone. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions as to the cause. It does not do it all the time! Could it be due to a kink in the cluch cable? Thanks Lou

Kangarooing? Is it in the front end or the rear?
