Front end rebuild
I recently replaced the tie rods, wheel bearings, shocks, and brakes on my sd. While I was under there I noticed that most of the rubber was looking pretty sorry, so I think I'm going to go a head and rebuild the front end. Does anyone have a list of the parts I would need to replace?

It's not so much the parts but the tools needed to do the job.
Most of the parts come with all the hardware that you need except for the upper control arms which would require extra sway bar bushings. Things like ball joint press, spring compressor, pickle fork are the things you need to acquire. Here are some of the things you may want to consider: Ball joints Lower control arm bushings Front track rod bushings Rear track rod bearings Upper control arms Sway bar bushings Center link Steering damper Idler arm bushings Alignment Danny

I'd like to add that you need to buy the Lemforder brand or the FACTORY brand and NOT the Meyle brand. Febi-Bilstein will work if you get desperate. Lemforder makes most of the factory front end parts (you can the MB emblem ground off).
