A little bit of work a little bit of relaxing.

Hooking up a gear pump and bag filter to my tank return and suction to backflush the in tank screen and try to clean out some of the junk in my tank. The WVO and Biodiesel have REALLY done a good job of setting the junk free. I'm going through a secondary filter every 500 miles. Maybe a couple of hours on a pump and bag filter will help clean things up.

Then I'm going to replace the IP return hoses with viton hoses and spring clips. (Blatent plug: http://www.fryerpower.com/store/page11.html) I bought a bunch of hose and am selling what I don't use.

Oh, I almost forgot, I blew a tire on the drive home last week. I'll either be shopping for a new spare or 4-5 new tires. I need to take a good look at them.

I replaced the injectors Friday night. So of course I had to remove and clean all the brackets and screws that hold the injector lines together. Heck, they were dirty......
Went for a ride in a Model T this morning, then I went to pick them up by the side of the road and go get their trailer so they could get it home. Tranny noise. That was a cool ride.
Going to condition the leather sometime tomorrow, after I finish cutting hanging tree limbs. The pecan trees were looking a little ragged.
I still need to tweak the AC/freon level some more I think, but my borrowed 134A gauges from Autozone are on the fritz.
Oh, and I've developed one heckuva rattle coming from the rear of the wagon. Sounds like it means business.......

Changeing out the loop plugs to pencil ones and doing other general filter/fluid changes on the 300D. Not gonna work too hard, 'cause it's a holiday, and probably gonna drink plenty of cold hoppy beverages - it's in the low 100's here all day and into the night.

So far I got the blower in the 300 working again (blown fuse). I have to work tomorrow, but I get Tuesday off. I think I'll start with a nice long run or bike ride, and follow that by exercising my 2nd Amendment rights at the range with my AK.

The weekend is going according to plan, I have not popped the hood on the SDL since Friday night! That was for cleaning purposes too.

Fired off a bunch of fire works today, raced some sailboats, fished. Unfortunitly I have to work most of the day tomarrow, not hanging out at the lake house, bummer. Oh well I'll make up for it by hanging around on a nice boat after work.

Tuesday I may change the SDL's coolant, unless I am sailing. Wrenching is just about last on my list lately.

I guess we land-locked folks will just have to work on our cars, or sit out back and look at where the grass used to be when it used to rain around here......

Light off fire works!!! You guys down south can buy the good ones, up hear we can only legally buy over grown sparklers. One has to travel a bit to get anything worth lighting.

What better way to celebrate our countrys birthday then by blowing up a small part of it?
