anyone got this ac hose for 116 sd?
or knows where to get it? mine leaks and has been 'repaired' in mexico at some point...

It is scary but I know I have one for the W115 and am pretty sure I took on off one of my W116 cars but I cant get to it untill wensday if I still have it it can be yours for shipping and a ten dollar donation to say your local homeless guy.

A good a/c shop should be able to fabricate a hose, or replace the rubber portion on the existing hose (if that's where the leak is.)

i'd rather get the original hose. leak seems to be at the 'repair' point... all oily 'round the connection etc. before it was working fine tho. freezin' r12 cold. lasted about a month

Is that the suction side? it looks like it is to me. They fix em like that around here too, not necessary to be in Mexico.
The suction side hose can be repaired using a short metal pipe inserted into the rubber hose and clamped down with hose clamps. My experience is that a repair like that will last on the suction side but the pressure side cannot be fixed!

i'm not a NAPA stockholder but your local NAPA store can fabricate this hose. just pull it out of your car and bringit with you so the NAPA guys can measure and match the appropriate fittings.
