air filtration questions
 
hey everyone, i checked my air filter yesterday, there was no oil in it! I heard that i should fill it with 10w30 but would it leak? if it does how could i fix it? are there any seals that should be replaced? thx

I should have been more specific, it is a 1975 mercedes 240d

There is an arrow about 1 inch from the bottom. That is the fill mark. Use ordinary engine oil. 10w30 is fine.
