OVP relay again
 

First thanks to Timfreeh for pointing out the ovp.

What parts do the Over Voltage Protection relay affect?
W/out blowing the fuse my sickly OVP caused rough idle, poor power, a/c, tack and cruise control....maybe turbo boost as well?
My CC was the first to act up (I am guessing it was the ovp since ovp resolder has also corrected my sometimes ok sometimes not CC) about 10K miles ago.
About 7K miles ago I saw my abs light come on for a second but ignored it since it didn't return.
Starting ~500 miles ago the tach and a/c would go awol and the motor would run rough...Looking back it wasn't just when the dash died...there was a slight drop in overall performance.
