Wanted: Used Sheepskin Seat Covers

If anybody has unwanted sheepskin seat covers that they'd like to get rid of, please let me know. I am looking for genuine Mercedes branded covers. I'd really love to find gray, but at this point will take anything! Must be in good condition. Will pay somewhere around $120 for the two front seats and headrests. Thanks!

You sure do trade often

Boy, I wish I could afford to buy a "new" car every two or three years.

Yeah, I've got to update my profile, just sold the 85. I think I am addicted though, because I just went searching on Craigslist for Mercedes diesels! Thank God I couldn't find any that were a good deal!! Now if I could just find some seat covers, I'd be a happy man!

Hmmm... If you want you can get a brand new sheep skin seat cover at Sam's club (nice Australian skins) - tan or gray for $39.95 (rougly $80 a set) - why go with used?!

Have you ever tried putting them on a Mercedes?? When they say "universal fit" it should really say "fits everything but a Mercedes". I had tried some from Pep Boys, and it was a joke. I had genuine MB on my last car, and they fit like a glove.

That's steep - must be custom made...

I decided to bite the bullet and buy the $24 sheepskins at Sam's Club today, and boy am I glad I did! These things fit almost as well as MB covers. And they have fabric backing to protect the original seats. They weren't too bad to install, had to unbolt the seats to find places to hook onto. The worst part was all the fake wool from the back and sides, which kept falling out and getting into my mouth. They look really nice, not as nice as MB, but for $50 total I'm not complaining! Might even buy another to cut up for the armrest.

My sam's club sheepskins have been doing their job for a couple of years now. I still have not found the best places to hhok them, as they sometimes come loose underneath, but overall I'm very happy with the purchase. I seem to remember them being ~$80 for two.

I'd say if you want to get a pair of these, to do it quick because I think they are discontinued. There was only one Sam's here that had them, and they were at the end of an isle near the clearance merchandise.
