Make sure your flash player install is up to date. IE and mozilla should have no problems with it.

Did you by any chance buy this on ebay?? I bought one for somthing like $17 and it wouldn't work either. It would install to a point, and then just would not allow further access.

The version I have, which one of our fine members fixed me up with , need Adobe 5.0
It has issues with newer versions, and requires some special things to work correctly.
I have loaded them up on a desktop running Win2000, and it worked fine. Tried to put it on my laptop running XP Pro, and it won't load disk 2.
It's always something.......

insert the cd and find the file called Avick, double click it that should open the manual, you may get a security warning, right click the warning and allow blocked content

Try loading : 'Start' . Programs. CD. .... instead of auto load from cd draw.

On mine I found that after I upgraded Adobe Reader it wouldn't load properly anymore from the main screen it starts with. So I just went into the "program" folder in the files and found the "Chassis300SD" page, which comes up fine, and has all access to everything for my car. I use firefox also, it seems to be a flash player/script error that prevents proper loading of the prgram, mainly since the stuff it was made on/with is quite dated by now.

tried and failed

DKVUERO-also tried and failed

pawoSD-also tried and failed.

hee is what happens-
put cd in-
it loads-
asks if I want 5.0(said yes the first time)installed-
it installs-
opening black and white with "rising"star -
click on star-
acceptance agreement,click yes-
then the fun begins....
next page is jumbled and mozilla looks for ext it apparently does not have, nor apparently can it get it!
scroll down andclick next-
pick model(1984 300D turbo)-
get menu-
pick something, anything;click it and get to a blank page OR "cannot load page" page.
have tried locating my car in program folder but cannot locate.the way that files are labeled seems to be one prob.they do not seem to be clear like 84 300D even.I do seem to have the exact same issue when I try to access braingears for the manual that is there.

i have had issues in the past where if you don't have the adobe 3.0 installed previously before you upgrade to a higer version it will give problems, did you use the adobe 3.0 from the cd first? also there is a shock wave program that is also needed, try it with internet explorer, i have had very few issue using that. i would say it is definately something with your computer rather than the cd. do you have another unit you can try it on?
