W126 Front windows don't work
 

New to this, so bear with me. Thanks.

'84 MB 300SD rear windows work just fine but the front windows will not operate. Unfortunately, previous owners have tampered with the console (no radio), however, all the wires and connections seem to be intact.

Also, where can I get a good shop manual (Digital, CD or paper) for my car?

Can't seem to get anything from that site. Am I looking there for my window problem? How do I work the site?
