Where do you install those on a sedan bumper?

Carefully!

I am pretty sure that they will fit in my bumper, though I will have to make holes for them to go into. The bumpers are very much alike, just slightly styled different. Will update when they are in.....

I bought one of those Windshield repair kits today. I think I can use that to fix those cracks in the lenses.......

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I like the "stock" look at all times. I would have never installed driving lights except I found these and knew that they'd look very stock on my benz.....

Here are some pics taken last night:

Matt really nice work, they look good on
the car.

But it seems that the driver side lens has a crack
in it or is it just something I'm seeing.

Those look nice. What are you using to switch them on and off?

Good questions, you're not seeing things. BOTH lenses are cracked, that's how I got the pair of these lights for $60!! I'm going to repair them with some Duco cement, the cracks will still be visible, but will not leak water that way....They'll just get cracked by rocks again anyway.....

As far as switching them, you'll notice that the light switch has two pull out detents. The first would turn on the front stock fogs, second detent turns on front fogs and rear fogs (a Euro only item...) I have done some wiring modifications.. The way it will work is when switch is in parking lights or headlights position, low or high beams, these bumper driving lights will come on with the first detent. Then, when second detent is hit, stock amber fogs will light in low beam and parking light position and driving lights will operate with high beams........ Confusing I know, but it will work...... Plus, all the controlling relays for this will be located in the stock fusebox......

Follow-up.....

I have now purchased two trapezoidal Amber fogs (the stock fogs) and have installed them. now all I have to do is get the wiring finished like I want it..........

I have adjusted the Bumper lights now and I must say, they really help fill out the light in a complimentary manner for my headlights. fills down low, an area of weakness for the projector headlights I have....... A very worthwhile upgrade...........
