Belts

This should be easy...
I need to replace my alternator belts so I'm replacing all of them. I finally loosened all those bolts on the sliders and the pivot points. Here are the problems:
The power steering pump is rusty and it won't slide the last 1/2 in, which I need to get the belt on
The ac compressor won't budge
The alternator won't budge
So, any ideas? They're all so rusty that they are frozen- and I've tried the hammer technique

Heavy use of wd40. Are you sure you got the right bolts? Some you have to take out all the way...

You don't have to take any bolts "all the way out" on a 300D, but you do have to make sure they are loose enough. There are 3 bolts on the PS pump (all 13 mm), and one is pretty hard to get to, make sure they are all loose. If it moves at all, it should move all the way if you back off the adjustment screw (10 mm, I think) enough. On the alternator, there are two large bolts, top and bottom. The bottom one can be loosened from under the car, the easiest way to get to the top one is to remove the plastic "u-tube" on the inlet of the turbo and loosen it from the top. Again, if you can get the bolts loose it will move when you back off the adjuster bolt enough. I have moved them by using a wooden "pry bar" between the car frame ant the pump or alternator, but be careful of the connection and hoses.
