so you know those rubber supports on the bottom of the air filter housing. how do u fix it if one of those breaks off/free?

If it just unthreaded itself, just grabb a hold of the rubber part and tightened it as much as possible. Or just replace them with new ones. They are cheap.

I used a piece of rubber heater hose with the appropiate size regular bolt to fix mine.

I've never seen the "octo" ones, my cars both use the round type like the ones in the photos. I would just look at what you now have. BTW, you want to install heat shields under the mounts if they are not there already:
