Thumbs down Sold my 240D today

Guess I am out of the "grease" game. I got $4000 for it. Now I can spend the $$ on my new turbo project.

I think the grease conversion had a lot to do with the price. I got it for $3000 and think that I paid too much, but prices are really crazy around here.

Agreed :wtf:

People in the NW will pay lots of money for junk these days, I really should have hung onto my 300CD, and tried selling it now, I am sure I could have gotten $3000 for it, eventhough it needed lots of work

The person came, test drove it, negotiated on the price and was going to pick it up next weekend after I had had a chance to R and R the sunroof. A few days later they called me and told me they changed their mind. Oh well. I'm thinking of yanking the SVO conversion and selling the car and conversion seperatly.

Well It actually did sell today. $2900. I sold the conversion for $500 a few months ago on ebay. I referred the new owner to this site, hopefully he will drop by.
