Yes, it's from a 240D.

The propane runs from a tank in the trunk into the turbo...
I've got pictures of propane setup on my black one on http://www.twizted.net and the setup on my grey one is pretty much the same (different solenoid position).

It feels faster, especially from a standing start to about 40mph, pulls very hard.......I'll try and take a test sometime soon then I'll post back here with it....

Our '83 has always managed about 12.3 seconds to 60 on flat ground with two people in the car and a full tank of fuel plus some tools and junk in the trunk....

heh - like I said earlier, the BOV is gone.

The wheelie bar was on the side of my house and my dad thought it'd be funny to take some pictures with it behind the 126.
If you look real close, you'll see that the bar is just sitting on the ground, and it's not really attatched to the car.

I thought it was pretty funny too...

Somewhere I have pictures with a "shopping-cart wing" on the trunk.
A rice-rocket friend of mine bought one for his integra and I took pictures of it on my car before he mounted it to his.

You've got to see the humor in it...

I was all happy with my SDL's 0-60 time, until I realized that an E55 can run the quarter faster.

And the CL65 can run it in 2/3 that of the E55. (714hp!)

I calculated that the CL65 can be well over 100mph before our cars can even get to 40mph.

vroom vroom...

Once I get that pickup on the driveshaft (or wherever I decide to put it), I'll be able to get a 0-60 time...

What is the deduction for an eighteen foot burnout?

What's wrong with the stock speedometer hook up on the transmission? Did you put a different rear end in the car?

The speedo in the Sd (126 chassis) uses an electrical signal from the trans and the 240 (123) uses a mechanical cable. I'd be interested to hear if it is as easy as finding a mechanical speedo from a car with the same rear end ratio. I've removed instrument clusters from both cars, they seem to be the same size going from memory. If the speedo won't fit mabee the whole cluster could be swapped, then the oil pressure line would need to be changed from electrical to mechanical.

That's the issue I'm having...
It's not like I really need to know how fast I'm going, but it would be nice to see what kind of fuel mileage I'm getting...
My girlfriend doesn't like driving it because of the speedo and fuel gauge.
The fuel sender is bad (I assume), so the gauge always reads empty.

I'll get around to fixing those things eventually...

You could change out just the speedo pod in the cluster...and noo, nooo, never switch from electronic to mechanical oil pressure gauge! Mechanical ones = bad & oil all over car when they fail.

"It's not like I really need to know how fast I'm going" Mabee not 'need', but it sure is nice. Yesterday I was driving the wifes car and had the cruise control set at 59 in a 55 when the speed limit went to 45. Been down the same road about 100 times but just got lost in my own thoughts (oh man there sure is a lotta rust on under my 300d) and sure enough thats when a cop passed me. Oh crap...get the seat belt on. Got off with a warning. Would have been at least 90 bucks. So if I didn't know how fast I was going I would most likely always be going slower than necessary. Anyway very cool that a manual was put in a SD. I think there is such a thing as a factory 126 manual, but extremely rare. If a sensor could be placed on the driveshaft or elsewhere that would be even cooler. Heres a thread that might help.
Pulses per Mile?
