83 300D Silver From West Palm Beach, FL
I'm still checking up on this car I am interested in.
1983 300D Silver Color, Blue interior Its a loooong shot but just in case any of the diesel owners especially down in Florida knew of this diesel. Per MBUSA, it was purchased from MB of West Palm. I am just trying to get some history on it as the seller does not know much about the car. I have already spoken with the dealer and they don't keep records after 2 years. Any help would be appreciated. You may email me or just post reply.

If you can get the VIN, I am sure that someone can run a carfax for you.
Florida cars are usually, but not always, rust free. Biggest problem is the heat...it cracks dashes, shrinks and/or discolors vynil trim in the interior, and does a number on the paint.

But overall it is rust free.
