Does Anyone Make a full Viton Hose kit?

I want to start running bio but I'm afraid the 21 year-old hoses will disintegrate. I've searched till my searcher fell off and no luck.

I bought the complete hose replacement kit from dieselgiant, and the injector return hose kit. If you wanna run full bio, replace ALL of the line now, and count on doing it every couple of years. I did the while job in an hour, including the clean the tank screen job too. Chuck

The reason those 21 year old rubber hoses will leak is because, well, they're 21 year old rubber hoses. I replaced my injector return lines since they were the only ones that showed a little leakage and the rest haven't shown any signs. The car has been running on bio for three years now and they're still fine.

I'd buy a new cigar hose and the rest would be from any parst store. I believe modern hoses can take biodiesel. Don't forget the return lines!

Carquest has Gates multi-fuel compatability fuel injection line for a little less than $5 a foot and it holds up great to B100 or hot WVO. The goodyear line turned to pudding in 4 months of B100 use. Also for Viton at $20 a foot your just paying for the brand name. It may be good fuel line , but not at that price. I needed like 25' for my WVO conversion to be able to purge B100 through the system and the Viton would have cost me a small fortune.
