This is an automatic (read slow-ass) 240D with high miles, bad paint, no AC, and "converted to operate on biodiesel veggie oil". Currently running for $6000. These people are just plain retarded.
Yes, retarded is the appropriate word.

The seller has relisted the car and now he's keeping the bidders' identities private. Also he's demanding cash only for the final payment. Well, I just reported his sorry ass to Ebay.

It turns out that the only retard here is the seller. Not only did he win his own auction last time, he can't even spell the word fuel.

This is absolutely a retard.

Check out his bids on the new auction. Look at the posted times of the bids. A single bidder has posted each and every one of them.

This is the type of retard that deserves a very large bid from a new account with zero feedback. He'll probably be stupid enough to chase it.

If he fails to catch it, just let it sit there and leave him in a quandry whether to cancel it or not.

If he leaves it alone, and the auction closes.........you string him along for a month or more........a real POS!!

Ebay just replied to me saying "there isn't enough evidence to show that a violation has taken place".

Another example of a retarded seller: (or maybe he's just smoking something really good)

The desiel engine was replaced with a New Mercedes-Benz Long Block in February of 1989 at a cost of over $4,800.00 and adding 60 more horse making the vehicle the equivilant of a 300D, by the same certified Mercedes-Benz Mechanic who has done all maintaince and mechanic on this vehicle for the last 28 years, only for a larger cid with more power.
It's still got a 616 engine. With a price of $15,000 for a 240D and almost 300k miles, I doubt you could get $5,000 for it.

Seller says: "While we're down here, peeking into areas most sellers would not dare show you, let's take it one step further. Let's check out the undercarriage.
Absolutely dry and rust free, there has never been any rust, damage, alteration, or spray-can-artistry of any kind. It's the proverbial California survivor!"

Umm, what's all that beige and silver paint on the undercarriage and the brand new suspension bracket?
