95 300E Diesel, specs ?
Hi all,
I'm looking at a 95 300E with the normally aspirated diesel. Does anyone know horsepower, torque, fuel mileage specs on them ? Is there any (relatively) easy way to turbo them ? Thanks

It's not a turbo motor. If you need 24V + turbo, go with the '98+.

http://www.w124performance.com/docs/mb/other/acceleration_specs.xls You can't turbo the motor, and there's no cheap/easy way to get more power out of the normall-aspirated 606. If you're not happy with the power, look for another model.

If you buy it, you better get used to the power. There are no upgrades for it.

FWIW, official specs are (by 1995 E300 Diesel manual).
134 hp @ 5000 rpm. 155 ft/lbs @ 2200 - 4600 rpm.
