To gild the lily, even more, that neighborhood is an unusual one, it's basically,white, upper class to rich and in an out of the way, hidden part of San Francisco!!! It's likely been garaged too.

That would be worth a real quick look!

BTW I am planning to do a dash replacement soon on a 123, weather allowing, did you finish that on your dads' 300D? Then theres the Sportline conversion, Way too many projects!
