Central Lock and Starting Help - 83 300D
 

Does someone know what and where the most likely cause of a central door lock not working on an 83 300D? I'm assuming its a vacuum system leak but any likely spot?

Also, if a 300D has not been started for 2 years, how would you proceed before trying to start it again (pour oil in the top filler first maybe?).
