Block Heater Location

I'm having trouble locating the plug the block heater is supposed to go into. I'm looking for it in the area under the manifolds. Is it in the pictures, or an I looking in the wrong place?

I'm not really sure what the picture is of... but mine is located on the passenger side tucked up behind the exhaust manifold somewhere. I had to replace the cord a while back, and as I remember I could barely reach it from underneath with the car on ramps. I don't think I'd want to install a new one. I believe they make one that goes down the dipstick tube that works pretty well... much easier.

Here: Passenger side, below the manifolds, just above the starter.

Ok, that explains it, I saw that pulg a few times, but all the pictures of the block heaters make them look a lot bigger. I couldn't get in there with the camera

It almost looks like you just need a new cord if the pins are good.

BTW, the arrow you put in my picture is pointing to the block drain plug. The heater is the one above the starter with the cord coming off it.

Oh, I guess I'll have a look tomorrow morning then. Get to freeze my back on a cold driveway, and I live in GA... How do people in the north fix their cars!?!
