Disc parts for 300D/CD

I planned to replace the discs on the front of my 300CD with some new PBRs (after hearing lots of negatives about Balos). Unfortunately, it's been so long since they were replaced, the wheel bearing assembly (or whatever it's called) is very difficult to remove from the disc itself. It absolutely won't come off. This has to be a common frustration for most people attempting this repair.

I figured I may as well rebuild the new rotor with complete new parts, including inner and outer wheel bearings, etc. Problem is, nobody seems to stock all those small parts - the discs were sold bare; none of the 10mm allen bolts or anything. Does anyone know who sells these parts aside from the dealer?

When I did mine I had a bear of a time getting them off. Unless the part damaged there is no need to replace it really. Take the whole shebang and bolt it back to your wheel. (obviously off the car) then take your cheater bar and you can get those bolts off. You can also use PBBlaster, heat, etc. But I found once I bolted the disc back on the wheel the bolts came lose.

Parts

Thanks; I was thinking of doing something like that to get the bolts loose, but just in case I can't, would anyone know what that part is called (the one held on by all those bolts)?
