Inner door moulding "windlace" issue??
I am hoping somebody can help identify for me what this piece is called. If somebody had a part number that would be amazing. This is the rubber that goes on the inside of the door that is usually covered by fabric.

Does anyone know if this goes bad? I looks completely fine, but my door leaks like crazy. I can hear air coming through the door frame also when moving. I replaced the door gasket and have even tried adjusting the door (hinges, door catch etc.) nothing seems to fix the leak so I was assuming it was this rubber?
