Just returned from a 600 mile trip to the smell of fuel and to find my braided return line that runs out the front of the valve cover cover is wet...it was fine 3 weeks ago when I replaced all of the other fuel lines and delivery valve seals...I figured it was OK to leave since it was dry then...now I need to do those lines too...they are less than 2 years old - no way you are going to tell me this new fuel is not to blame!

Two years I you said? I'm not saying it was not the ULSD, but the ULSD may have just been the straw that broke the camel's back. If you put on new line it will most likely last for years, but two years seems kind of soon for them to start leaking.
If you don't want to use buna (nitrile) lines I have them in viton on my website. http://www.fryerpower.com/store/page11.html I'm adding the delivery valve o-rings in viton now. They will be ready to ship next week. -Jim
