Vacuum capsule on 240D inj. pump

I think the vacuum lines to the components mounted on the valve cover and injection pump are incorrectly routed on my 1982 manual trans 240D. I've found the EGR schematic in the 123 service manual library CD and that shows most of the lines. But what hooks up to the vacuum capsule located on top of the pump just aft of the injector lines?

If it's round thing that I am thinking of then, nothing connects to it. I asked the same question about my manual 240 a while back. It's the altitude adjustment.
