Black/purple wire on firewall

Anybody know what this wire powers off the top of their head? I can't seem to find it in my wiring diagram. It is switched with the ignition.

I am looking for an easy to access switched wire in the engine bay to trigger a relay. Anybody have any other suggestions?

Thank you.

Thank you.

Isnt the power wire controlling the glow relay module ignition switched? Easy to get at, and you can just pop the back off the connector in the harness and sloder another wire right onto the pin so as not to butcher any factory wiring. (Was how I got a memory power wire for my radio, only using an always hot pin on the console hazard switch)

I believe in my '79 the GP relay is under the dash and I would like to avoid routing through the firewall because it is a pain (in the back).
