difference between 300sd and 300d?

I'm new and am wondering if the interior parts are interchangeable? TIA

Mostly just the engine and transmission. I believe the front seats may be the same between the W123 300D ('77-85) and the W116 300SD ('78-80). Also small things like the lock pulls should be the same.

Very little beyond the engine.
