Some of the screws that atach the tranny to the engine were a b!tch to remove, and the flex discs were a headache to!!!!!!!:silly: Now that i have "educated" myself in tranny removal, i is going to swap the clutch in my w124, he he he:book:, any must do things while i'm dwn there guys????? |

I dont think anyone has done this yet so i doubt your going to get good info on this swap.
i was thinking about this myself for my 87 300D, still looking for a 190D with a 5-speed but so far all the junk yards near me have only had the automatic 2.2's:( When i have the free time and find a 190D with a 5-speed ill start a project, but for now my W124 is fast enough even with a automatic. |

Wanna buy mine? Already sold he he he!:D I thought in putting the 5 speed manual tranny in my w124 too cause the w124 one is a 4 speed manual but my mechanic said i wouldn't benefit anything from that swap cause my car is just the 4 cylinder 2.0 diesel!:( |
