plan to replace glow plugs today
 

and have done a search, but cannot find the torque spec for the new glow plugs. car is an 84 300sd. thank you.

I just did mine and the advice I received from ************** was to work the gp back and forth a little as it makes contact with the head and snug it up to sparkplug tightness, again snug, but do not apply large amounts of torque! I used a little anti seize on the threads. Good luck, makes a huge difference!
