No heat in driver floor vent. 87 300SDL

Plenty of heat in all other locations, just no heat in driver's floor vent. Can anyone tell me how to fix? My feet are getting COLD!

search around for vent pods (I think that's what they're called). I saw the foot vent pods mentioned when I was reading a post on how to remove the dash in the w124.
