i posted in the classifieds but want to reach all, i'm pretty sure my heater motor is bad. 1986 300sdl. maybe i can get an acc with it at a better rate for both. all help is appreciated..

most likely it is the brushes, how hard is it to change them? i had an 83 300d with the same problem but the brushes were not changeable in it. i figured it was the same with the sdl

go to **************.com. they have a kit for, like, $50, which is basically the brushes and a soldering iron. comes with a booklet that explains what to do. not hard. call them first, though.

i know they make em for SDs, but i dnot know if you can get it for an '87 SDL. but i dont see why not. good luck!
