im looking to buy this for my MB, do i need anything else like the adaptors or hose to hook it up

You can make it yourself for about $6 in brass fittings.

I bought one that is nearly identical for $5.95 on ebay. No need to up the boost until you have done other modifications. My boost controller is sitting on my desk until i finish my intercooler installation.
