No not kidding. I had it appraised and was told it would got for around 9k at a classic car auction. Not sure if that's true. I know it's gotta be worth more than what I paid. The lady was going to give it to her church as a donation until I found out about it.

Beautiful car, and over the years that color has really grown on me. Now it is one of my favorites.
Nice examples like your's I've seen go over the 6K range. The 25K is dreaming I'm afraid. HOWEVER, it shouldn't matter what you could get for it....... That is a keeper!  I would love to see some interior pics at some point......

Nice, I didn't realize Manila Beige worked well (very well) with the w116. Good find!
If my car was parked beside yours, it'd be hard distinguishing the two since the 123 is so similar to the 116.
