OK guys,

Don't waste your money with these *********S. They are rude, unresponsive and are telling me that I'm the only one that has had any problems with the system, after walking through all the steps with them, and the guy is saying "I'm not happy how you're posting this on all the forums."

My reply was "Well I don't want anyone else to have this kind of experience with this that I am."

Save your money, avoid these guys. They sell a system that they have no idea how to install or how it works, they have no logic diagrams and no wiring diagrams what so ever.

Time to explore other options.

Sorry about your misfortune. You have to watch out for those New Yorkers. I hope you paid PayPal with a credit card so you can dispute the charges with the credit card company. I think it is a lot easier that PayPal.

The same system was sold for 24 customers for the same make and model without any issues. Ok, first of all we check all systems prior to shipping to make sure they work. When you called with the issue about the locks, I helped you as much as possible. I also sent you another system overnight (Free), but it still did not work as you claim.
Since you were not happy as per your e-mail, I offered you a full refund upon the return of the system.
