I have an euro 84 300d and wondering if anyone know of a rebuild kit for the plunger assembly.

Thanks,

Have you considered replacing it with a used US spic pump? What makes you think the pump needs an overhaul. A friend had one rebuilt to the tune of + $900

Would that be on top where the delivery valves screw into the pump? You may just need the seals, I haven't done my euro and its a little more complicated than the US pump, do a search, also someone thats done the euro pump may chime in. good luck

Might you be referring to the primer pump?

Sorry to Hijack the thread, but what is the difference between a US spec and an E spec IP?

Wouldn't a reputable diesel shop be able to do a significant rebuild on either?

A Bosch shop will have parts for either style.

Have you tried screwing the plunger/cap down, to it's stowed position??

As I remember the primer pump on the euro is a little more difficult too get at. You must remove the fuel line next to it. I use a plumbers faucet wrench to remove the pump, a "crows foot" sorta thing.
