Replaceing A Rear Axle Shaft
Changing Directions Seemed Easy Until I Found It Was The Type With A Torsion Bar. FOLLOWING MY CHILTONS MANUAL. I 1DRAINED OIL 2REMOVED CALLIPER 3DISC TORSION BAR&LOWERED EXHAUST SYSTEM. 4COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO (LOWER THE SHOCK ABSORBER) 5 COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO(REMOVE THE BOLT WHICH ATTACHES THE REAR AXLE SHAFT TO THE REAR AXLE SHAFT FLANGE0) "I SAW NO BOLTS,UNLESS THAT'S THE CENTER AXLE HOLD DOWN BOLT IN THE HUB. 6 NOT SURE WHAT THEY MEAN BY DISC BRAKE CABLE CONTROL.(IS THAT THE LINE THAT LEADS TO ThE INNER SIDE OF THE brake disc area. 6a. ? remove the bracket from the wheel carrier.,remove the rubber sleeve (?what rubber sleve), and push back the cover(?what cover on what "vague. I got everything else and the directions through are probably simple but i'm not sure exactly what they mean. Any one understanding directionsthrough 6 please
